You can do this by setting up your custom domain to be used in your forms.

If you would like to have your visitors see the form when they visit your website URL (RegeditMC.com) then all you need to do is embed the form's code into the index page of your website. This way whenever your website loads its index page, that automatically loads the form inside it, not as an external link (https://www.jotform.com/Orilation/regeditmc).

We have a detailed tutorial on how to retrieve the embed code here: https://www.jotform.com/help/34-Adding-a-form-to-a-web-page

If that wasn't what you meant, please accept my apologies in advance, otherwise, if you need further assistance with this, please let us know. We'll be happy to help.

I checked the domain regeditmc.com and it was available and was actually redirecting to the form URL https://eu.jotform.com/Orilation/regeditmc

Do you not own the website www.regeditmc.com ? If you do, you can create your home page and embed the form.

I recommend hiring a professional website builder if there is a need to. I think it will be much easier for you to have assistance from a website developer/builder that does this things.

The tutorial on this website https://websitesetup.org/ should also help you get a better understanding of the concepts.

    Hope this help.

    Cheers
