The Adobe eSig widget will successfully verify to my account but after a few seconds, the "Verified" message goes away.
The form will not display the Adobe eSig widget for use. It was working yesterday but has stopped today.
This seems very unreliable. Need this ASAP!
Is there a fix?

I have just sent you a test notification in order to test it. So please ignore it. Please don't think that when you don't see the "Verified" message, you've lost your connection with the integration. I sent you my test submission successfully.
It seems your integration works properly. Also I checked your verification of your integration and it seems that your integration has been connected with Jotform.
