We have a form that seems to be having an issue within a certain company's computers. We have tried to replicate other places and have not been able to do so. Could it be a firewall issue? The error is only for the configurable list. It doesn't load, it just is box with the error "The connection was reset". Does anyone know what could be causing this?

I have tried to load your form and although it took a longer time to load than usual since it is, indeed, a very long form and the background was not completely loaded, I'm able to see the configurable list widget shown in the screenshot you posted above without any errors.
I have checked your form and I see that you also have several conditions. And I noticed that there are conditions with "Missing Fields" that may add up to the loading process, you can try to remove those from being part of the conditions in your account.
With regards to the issue, your respondents are getting with the Configurable List widget, it may be a minor temporary issue that can be resolved by reloading your form.
