    Stripe: I can not add subscriptions in Stripe at V4

    JotForm is not pulling in Stripe subscriptions for me to select.

    Sorry for this inconvenience.

    I have checked your form and I could replicate the problem. As you can see:

     Also, I have cloned the form and added a new payment wizard work properly.

    Please, remove your "Payment wizard" and add it again. I can suggest you, clear your browser's cache.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience that caused to you. 

    We checked this with our developers and there has been a recent fix for this. I cloned your form to my side and connect with my stripe account to arrange payment settings. Here is the result : The system automatically connect to your stripe account and get the already settled subscription on your stripe account. 




    On the other hand, subscription periods seems different at payment setting and preview. That's why, I'm escalating this issue to our developers for further investigations on it.

    Once the issue is resolved, you will be notified via this thread.
