Webhooks: Integration was broken when switching from v3 to v4

    Hi there!

    Is it possible that all webhooks got messed up while converting Jotform from V3 to V4?

    Hi,

    Sorry for this inconvenience.

    I have created a form on V3 and set integration with WebHook. Then, I switched to V4. I checked my WebHook integration and I was replicated the same issue. As you can see:

    I have removed this integration and added it again on V4. Everything works properly as you can see below:

    Please remove your integration and add it again for the solving an issue. I will escalate the switching integration problem to our developers.

    Hi Helen, I have more than 50+ forms with different webhooks. This would take hours. There is no other way?

    Hi,

    We're sorry for the inconvenience issue. I would like to inform you that this issue has been already escalated to our developers by my colleague Helen. Whilst our developers are working on it, I would like to recommend you to switch back to v3 version. 

    Please go to your account's settings and switch your form builder from version 4 to version 3.

    Would you please try this temporary solution?

    I hope it helps. I've tried this and by this way it works. 

    Also when we've any update on this issue, you'll be informed via this topic by our developers.
