Where is the recent form I created?

I recently created a job form for a website I created. I was able to come on to Jotform and see it when I clicked my forms but now it is not appearing. When I go onto the website and go to the forms page I can still view it and fill it out. How can I get the form Back? And will the form continue to wrk on the website?

I found only one form and it is under the guest account that you're using: https://www.jotform.com/63293326111145

Did you create some other account as well? If that is the form you used just create the account by using the same email: kyletydesign@gmail.com
