How to share created forms with a webmaster?

I have created scholarship application forms to be put on our website, but I don't have acces to post things on our website.

We have a webmaster who puts things on our website.  I would like for him to put our scholarship application forms, teacher recommendations, etc. on our website.  Can you walk me through the steps of the best way to get these forms to him so he can put them on our website? 

You may consider the following options:

1) Get a form embed code and share it with your webmaster, so he will be able to put it to the website.
