I deleted all submissions, but it's saying my form is over it's quota?

    Hi there,

I don't need to save my submissions, as they are saved in my dropbox account. I got a notification that my data was over the limit, so I deleted all my submissions. Now it is saying that my form is over it's quota? How can I activate my form again so that it continues to fill my dropbox folder with submitted forms?

    Thank you!

    Hello Vince,

I did check your account and found that you have received 111 submissions. In free account you can only receive up to 100 submissions and since you have received 111 submissions, that is the reason why your account is over quota.

Please note that deleting submissions from form does not free up your submission limit. If you want your form to be enabled again, you will have to upgrade your account or wait for the first day of next month when the submission counters are reset.

    Thank you!
