Unable to save form

I just created an entire form and saved it. When click preview I can only see some part of my form and rest is not there. What should I do to access or retrieve it.

You can check the old version of your form before you made the changes and revert it back. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-view-form-revision-history.
