How can I change the name of our form?

    I cloned our Volunteer application for our Pug Rescue to make an Adoption application.  It worked beautifully, but I need to change to actual name from "Clone of Volunteer application" to "Adoption application" because it comes through our email as 'clone of volunteer application' and it needs to be changed.  I've tried just about everything!

    Hi,

    Here's how to change the title of your form:

    1. Open your form and below the JotForm logo, you can click the title to edit it.

    2. Click the Emails button in the Form Builder. After that, click the Edit button. Change the Email Subject to {form_title}.
