I'm am trying to have my submit button, submit an email using the form variables instead of a hard coded email address.  Hard coding the email address will not work because the form is being used by different sales reps, and i need a copy of the completed form to go to our sales office, and a copy to go to the sales representative creating it whenever he/she hits the submit button.

As far as I could understand, your requirement is to receive an email with all the values filled in by user, after the form is submitted.

If this is the case, please follow the instructions provided at https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-Up-an-Autoresponder-Email and setup Autoresponder email.

    Hope this helps.

My apologies for the confusion, I tried to delete the entry you responded to but could not.  Here's what I hope is a much cleaner explanation.  Thanks for your help.

    Hello,

I think I'm getting a shed of light over this idea. But in order to deliver this idea to a working form, can you provide more information on how you wish to make use of form variables to send email alerts to a specific recipient?

Though I believe this can be done with using conditional logic on forms. Feel free to look into this guide if this suits your needs: https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-Selection

We'll look forward as well to your response and updates on this matter.

    Thanks.

Thanks Liyam.  The form is a Needs Analysis form, and on the form there are two email entry fields that need to filled out whenever one of our sales representatives meets with a potential client, and does a Needs Analysis on them.

One of the fields is called REP. EMAIL ADDRESS, and the other is BUSINESS CONTACT EMAIL ADDRESS.  The form currently automatically send the completed form to my office email address(myoffice@office.com) when the SUBMIT BUTTON is clicked, but I also need to send a copy of the same form when the SUBMIT BUTTON is clicked to the representative(REP. EMAIL) that completed the potential clients Need Analysis for his/her records.

    Thanks again.

I understand that you want to send an email to the Sales Rep email address and the Business Contact email address filled on your form when the form is submitted.

If so, you may setup auto-responder to send the email to the email address filled on the form. You can choose the form field in the Recipient email address from the autoresponder setup.,

You'll need to setup two separate auto-responders for each recipient (Sales Rep and Business email). Please follow the guide below that can help you with setting up auto-responders.

Hope this information helps! Please get back to us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
