all my images are being routed through dop box. There should be no images housed/saved by jot form. PLEASE ADVISE. If images are being saved on jotform how do i change that? how do i delete all the images. thank you

Yes, files needed to be saved on JotForm's servers first before getting delivered to your Dropbox account, hence, it will take up space on your JotForm account and your account can be easily disabled due to OVERLIMIT.
However, a good practice would be to delete submissions with huge files in order to keep your storage or Upgrade to Professional account for more space allocation (100GB)
