Hello, I'm not sure where exactly to put this code., as a contact form. The forum has a post pointing to a Shopify page that teaches us how to make a reigstration form, but I don't need a registration form.

The embedding processes the same, whether you are using a contact form or a registration form.

However, there should not be a need to use the source code version of your form for embedding it to a Shopify Store. If you decide to use the source code version of the form, any time you make an update to your form within JotForm, you would also need to re-embed your form into your site again.

Rather than using the source code, you can add your forms to Shopify through regular means, such that the form is always loaded from our servers, and you do not need to re-embed it after making changes. We have a guide describing how to embed a JotForm form to Shopify here:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/217-Adding-a-form-to-Shopify-Store-Frontpage

Please follow the steps of the above linked guide for adding your form to Shopify, and let us know should you run into any difficulties along the way. Thank you.
