How to add a simple shopping cart to my form?

Is there a way to add a simple shoppng cart to Registration Forms? I have one company that would like to sign up multiple families for a convention. 

I understand that you want to receive payments from your registration form. If so, you can add a payment field to your form so that you can configure the products/services along with pricing options, etc.
