Email notification showing all fields.

preciso que só apareça o campo quando for preenchido no formulário 

ele vem pra mim no email varios campos que nem foram preenchidos preciso que só apareça os campos que foram preenchidos e venha para meu email a notificação com os dados preenchidos e não dados que nao foram preenchidos

 

I cloned your form and I can verify that the "Hide Empty Fields" in the email notifications are working properly.

However, there is an issue with the 2nd notification. It shows that it is in Text format rather than HTML. Please delete that notification and create a new one.

Unfortunately, the screenshot you're trying to share is not showing. Please follow this guide:

1. Go to this thread (https://www.jotform.com/answers/1020539).
2. Scroll down and you'll see the "Your Answer" reply editor.
3. Click the "Insert/Edit Image" icon and upload the screenshot.

I have checked your form again and I found out that the 1st email notification is still in Text mode. The "Hide Empty Fields" function doesn't work in Text mode. Please delete this and create a new one.

I was able to replicate the issue when I cloned your form. The Notification 4 is showing empty fields in the email message.

Please try to delete this notification and then create a new one. The notification should work properly. I created a new notification on the cloned form and it is working fine.

I was able to replicate the issue on the cloned form. Is it okay if you delete these 3 notifications and then create a new one?

Please try creating 1 email notification first and then after that, please test it. If it is successful, you can do the next email notification.

ja exclui agora todas notificações e fiz uma nova em HTML e continua aparecendo varios campos que nao foram preenchidos

I've fixed it. Please do not edit the email body, especially the tables. Doing so would break the hide empty field function. 

SÓ PRECISO QUE ABAIXO TENHA O LINK PARA BAIXAR O ARQUIVO EM PDF
se eu coloco o link ele não oculta os campos vazios

I see that you want to add a link that the user can click to download a PDF file. As mentioned by my colleague, editing the tables can break the "hide empty field" function. Because of this, I would recommend against editing the email body to use the hide empty field function.

If you want to send the user a PDF file, a possible alternative I can suggest would be to use the "Attach a file" feature on the email settings to attach the PDF file to the email. Please see the guide below:

1. Select the Advanced tab

2. Click the Add Attachment button to upload your pdf file

Once attached, your email recipients should receive the pdf that you uploaded as an attachment in the email.

I have sent a test submission to your form(Please ignore it) and I was able to replicate the same issue. As you can see below, fields were not shown in e-mail but they were shown in PDF.

I have cloned your form and tested on my side. I have replicated the same issue again. I have deleted Notification1 and add it again. Then, this issue is fixed.
