I have tried testing the integration with test credentials and was able to verify it successfully.
Please make sure that you have enabled the Sandbox mode option. If you are still experiencing any issue with test mode, please try generating new keys and see if that works.

Please be advised that since our support issue regarding the Invoice Number Field, I have not been able to verify the payment gateway integration.
As mentioned previously, when the payment gateway is live, I am able to verify successfully, but when I enter the test credentials in sandbox mode, I am not able to verify. I have the correct API Login ID and I obtained a new Transaction Key from authorize.net.
Any help would be appreciated.

It's because your account isn't a sandbox account. In order to use sandbox mode, you need to have authorize.net sandbox account. Also you cannot verify your integration in live mode neither, if your authorize.net account is sandbox account.

You can create an authorize.net sandbox account via this link. I would like to recommend you to crate a sandbox account and try verifying it on Jotform.
