I just received a notice that I've reached my Jotform payment limit, but I'm a bronze level account and have only received 37 of my 1000 payment limit. I upgraded to a bronze account on Dec 18 and should get a month's worth of use. If you shut down my form on the 29th, I would have paid for a full month but only received 11 days of us. Please help!

We apologize for the confusion and any inconvenience caused. I see the issue on your account/username FrostMtn as well.
I have corrected the mistake now and properly updated the subscription plan. The downgrade notification should no longer appear.
