All of a sudden select your country field not working and terms and conditions not working and not showing up

All i have done is changed the color of different buttons on my form, now both the country selection field isn't working as well as the terms and conditions. Could someone please help me? 

I could not replicate the issue at my end. This is what I see from my end.

I would suggest you to clear the form cache and the browser cache and check again.
