Can I alter heading of a cloned form?

I notice when I clone a form, the heading for the form being cloned is maintained and I don't see a way to alter that. Is this old heading something the person filling out the form sees? Is it something that can be changed?

I am not sure if i understand you correctly but I cloned one of the forms and changed the title and heading for demo.
