Hello,
I have simple form for now called "Test" which has Email, Captcha, and Submit fields. Everything works as expected. However, I would like to recieve the exact same copy of the email with attachment that user gets, when the user clicks on Submit button. How do I do that?
Thanks

You can set up a Notification email to get a copy of the data submitted through your form to a specific email id.
The setup process is documented at : https://www.jotform.com/help/30-Explanation-of-Email-Notification-and-Autoresponder-SettingsStep1 :
Step 2 :
Hope this helps.

I am unclear. At present I do get notification from Jotform that the email was sent to the user (form filler).
I guess what I am looking for is a "cc" or "bcc" of the submitted form once the user clicks SUBMIT on the form. "cc" or "bcc" should include the pdf external attachment that I have setup in the form and not just a pdf format of the notification in my email.
So basically in my short form that I created, I want to receive the email ID of the user, which I currently get in notification. I also want to see the pdf attachment file that the user get's when they click SUBMIT. My current notification just shows the email of the user and does not present me with the pdf external attachment file.
Am I confused or confusing everyone? Sorry

Hi,
As my colleague mentioned that you can add more Recipient Emails in the Notification Email setting and receive Notification Emails via these email addresses.
On the other hand, when you activate PDF attachment option in Emails>Notification Email>Advanced, you receive the PDF version of user submissions. This PDF is the same with PDF that submitters receive within AutoResponder Email (if you have activated it). Be sure that these two PDFs are the same.
Please follow the instructions below:
How to attach PDF version of the submitted forms to Notification Emails.
Open your Notification Email settings.
Click Advanced and find the PDF Attachment in the list. (This is the same with AutoResponder Email Settings. )
This is the reply for your "My current notification just shows the email of the user and does not present me with the pdf external attachment file." question.
Please have a look at the following guides if you need more details about the issue:
Setting-Up-Email-Notifications
How to add more Form Fields to Notification Emails.
First, you need to open your Notification Email settings and click Email.
Second, open Form Fields dropdown menu and select the forms fields that you want to add your Notification Emails.
Please note that this changes don't affect the PDF version of the submissions. You need to make these changes on the PDF Customization tool if you want to add these fields to the PDF version.
How to add more Form Fields to PDF Version of the Submissions.
Open your Submissions page. Click PDF and then Customize PDF as shown in the below image.
In this page, you can see the form field in the PDF version of the submissions.
You can add more form fields by Add Field button.
Finally, please save the changes by clicking the Save button at the left side of the page.
Last two answers are actually for your the question: "I want to receive the email ID of the user, which I currently get in notification.". However, I couldn't understand what you mean "email ID". Could you please explain because there is no such a feature in JotForm? Or do you mean Submission ID?
If you need any further assistance, please feel free to let us know.
Thank you.

Please the below attached image. I have setup a PDF file to be sent to the submitter. At present, when a user fills in their email address and hits SUBMIT, they get this attached PDF File.
I, on the other hand, only get a notification email with users email address. I do not see this attached PDF file.
So basically, I am looking for identical email that submitter gets. CC or BCC with this attached PDF in my email address.
How do I go about doing so?

In order to email the autoresponder to the multiple recipients, you can setup an email condition, the recipients should be comma separated. Please see the next animation.
Thank you.
