How to setup the Paypal integration with inventory option?

    Hi,

I am selling online advertising slots. I have 30 unique slots each for different State in the US.

How can I allow this setup of 30 products to choose from a drop-down? They all have same price but an inventory of only one for each of the 30 products. Once the slot is bought by one person it should not be available for the next buyer. So, it should have some prompt that the product (advertising slot for the particular State) is already sold.

    Thank you much,

    RC

Unfortunately, there is no inventory feature in the Paypal integration.

A workaround would be to configure the items using our widgets that are capable of limiting options such as the Inventory Widget. Get the total by calculation then pass the total to the Paypal field.

When using the inventory widget, you need to get the total for each widget, example:

I would suggest cloning the demo form in the widget to know the calculation for the entire widgets. Here is the demo: https://form.jotform.com/61471146729964. Follow the steps on this guide to clone: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL.

To pass the final total to the Paypal field, simply follow the steps on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/275-How-to-pass-a-calculation-to-a-payment-field

Here are the other widgets that allow you to set limits on each item:
