Can I arrange billing only for one month at a time?

Do you offer a prepaid service?

I'd like to pay for one month now and one month in a few months time.

I'd be getting about 200-500 submissions per month so I think the bronze pack would be best suited.

Unfortunately, prepaid service is not possible to use as a payment. However, you can downgrade your account manually anytime you wishes. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/341-How-to-Downgrade-Subscription-Back-to-Free-Account.

If you plan to use Jotform for only 1 month, it is better to pay the monthly subscrption and then cancel it before the next automatic charge is applied.
