where can i find my forms for tripletalent, i paid for the upgrade

Sorry I cannot understand properly what's your problem with your paid account? You're in our bronze monthly and you've six forms in your account (one of them is in your trashcan). You can restore the forms which are in your trashcan. We have a user guide regarding this issue. 

Also I inspected your site and I cannot find any forms which belong to Jotform. Would you please give us detailed information about your problem.
