Just three weeks ago I edited my form, 2016 application form and it worked fine, updated my webpage.
NOW, I edit the form, edits are not saved, WHY? What has changed?

I cloned your form and did some tests. It appears that I am able to save the form successfully.
Can you please check and make sure that you are logged in to your account and that the form builder is only opened in one tab? I've cleared your form cache to refresh the forms. Please try saving it again and see if the issue persists.
