How to store your forms?

    Hi There,

I'm a psychotherapist who is looking to make life a whole lot easy for note taking and client assessments. I love how your forms can be created, but I am unsure how I would be able to use your forms and store my client information.

I currently use forms in Microsoft word, but they are clumsy and not ideal, however, I'm able to safe the completed documents safely into each client folder respectfully with ease.

Is there a way of using your forms and have the ability to integrate into word, or be able to store them and print as a pdf?

Also, I am in a rural area a lot, and sometimes do not have access to internet. Can local copies of the forms be stored and used on my ipad?

Sorry for all the questions. Your Form seem ideal for me, but I just am unsure on how I would be able to use them.

    Many Thanks

    Stephen

    Dear Stephen,

Thank you for your time to contact us.

You are able to download all of your submissions as a Microsoft Excel, CVS or PDF file as you can find at the following document with detailed: https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF. This way, you can store your client information on your computer, flash drive, iPad etc. You are able to save your data without integrating to the Microsoft Word as we do not have this integration. However, if you prefer you can use an additional software to convert the PDF of your forms to the Microsoft Word files.

You are able to print your empty form as a PDF by using the "Download PDF" button on the form builder as you can see the following screenshot:

Moreover, you can create a PDF form as you can see the following link: https://www.jotform.com/help/212-How-to-Create-a-PDF-Form

You can add a Print Button on the form. So that, you and your clients can also print your forms as a hard copy or a PDF as you can find in the following document: https://www.jotform.com/help/24-Print-Button-on-Forms. If you prefer to save the submission of your user inside the full form as a PDF, only you have to do is adding a "Print Button" to your form and editing the submission. You can click on "print button" and you are able to print the form as a PDF with all answers in and also save it to the computer as you can see the following screenshot:

    I hope this helps.

If you need any further clarification, do not hesitate to contact us.

We will be glad to help you.

    Regards,
