How to store all the users on a database?

also need to do application forms for those individuals and store all the users on a database

After users fill out the form you have created, their submissions are stored in your account. You can view your submissions from the main page, after selecting your form.

You are able to download your submissions as Excel, .csv and PDF files. Here is the screenshot of the related area of the submissions page.

Keep in mind that all user information and the submissions are stored in JotForm's servers. However you can download them as I showed above.
