We received a notification about our Monthly Form Views being reached

Hello, We received a notification that our account was disabled because we reached our Monthly Form Views. Would you be able to explain to us how the views work, please? Is each view counting to be when the chat is visible and if one person goes from page to page and sees the chat on each page, each time that counts as a view or is it per IP address? 

Please do explain - we want to be aware before we make the upgrade that is needed.

The form views mean the number of times your forms are viewed each month. For free plan, the limit is to 1,000 form fields per month.
