    Are you referring to the PDF submission attached in the email notification? If yes, then you need to enable the "PDF Attachment" option in the Advanced tab of the Email Notification.

    If this is enabled, the notification alert email that you'll receive has an attached PDF on it.

    If you want to create an email notification so that you will receive an email alert when someone completed your form, then you need to create an Email Notification. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications.
