    I have upgraded my account with master card, but I declined it

    I have checked the billing of your account, and I see that you have made a payment on December 28 in the amount of $19 USD, but this payment was reversed by your bank or credit card company in less than 20 minutes after that payment was made.

    Essentially, your card made a payment, and then pulled it back within a few minutes. Your account is still on free status, as there haven't been any successful payments.

    In order for your account to remain upgraded, you should not decline the charge upon upgrading your account. As your account is over the limits of a free plan, your forms will be temporarily disabled until either your account is upgraded to a higher plan, or your form counters rest in January.
