How can i create photo prints form?Asked by ami on December 29, 2016 at 10:21 AM
is it possible to make such form?
1. choose product size with price (e.g., small size - 1$/medium size - 2$/large size - 3$)
2. upload photo
3. choose quantity
4. show total sum
5. pay (go to payment) / order another photo (1-4 again)
If I understood you correctly you would like to create a form that will allow your users to upload photos and you also want to sell products.
This is possible to achieve with JotForm. Before you start to create your form I would suggest you to sign up for our free account. You can use this link to sign up:
Inside of this guide you can find how to create file upload forms:
Considering that you want to allow your user to repeat the process 1-4, you would need to create multiple fields 1-4 and that use conditional logic to show and hide them. More about conditional logic you can find inside of this guides:
You will also need to perform calculation and pass it to payment field:
This guides may also help you to create your form:

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
Just to mention on my demo form only once process can be repeated. If you want to repeat process more times you will need to add more fields and create new conditions for new fields.
You can also clone my form to your account and inspect setting inside of the form. Inside of this guide you can find how to clone my form:
