    Infusionsoft Integration: Can't pass date value to custom fields and tabs

    Dear team, 

    I have tried almost all the date picker at the JorForm from your dev team and others, none of them can be intergrated into infusionsoft, the returned value is simply NIL. I have also change the date format to accommodate infusion soft as well, that did not work either. please assist.

     

    Secondly, I am using the unique ID widget with the hope that the form can give me a unique number each time the form is submitted, which is then formed a dummy email address that is used in infusionsoft to register as a contact (unique). I have tried calculation, copy fields and etc, none of which worked. basically I want to have {unique Id widget}@example.com (I have used an suffix as well, did not work.)

     

    if the following example can be done, it would be greatly appreciated. a form is submitted, the unique ID is generated - testID_1, then, I want to combine testID and @example .com and then update infusionsoft email address to testID@example.com. I have tried so many methods, none of which work, please kindly assist.

    Our regular Date field integrates nicely with date fields within InfusionSoft, such as the Birthdate field:

    I have created a name field, an email field, and a date field on the form, and integrated them with InfusionSoft. Matching of fields within the integration:

    Filling out the form:

    Upon submitting such an integrated form, the contact appeared instantly within InfusionSoft:

    Selected date was also passed correctly from the Date field:

    Please try using our regular Date field, and pass its value to a date field within your InfusionSoft, and it should work correctly.

    Hi Boris,
    thanks for the prompt reply, I have done as per your instruction. First of
    all, thanks for the passing on the email questions to your colleague, this
    is now beautifully resolved.
    regrading to the date info, what I have done is to assign the value from
    JotForm's date picker field to both custom field (appointment date) and
    birthday in InfusionSoft, however, the result was interesting as custom
    date had no value and the birthday picked up a wrong date, please see the

    I was able to replicate the problem. It seems like the date input is not being sent to the custom fields with custom tabs. 

    Let me forward this to our back-end team to have it checked and fixed.

    thanks for the assistance, please do. I rely on forms to automate my work flow. if everything works well, i may need to upgrade my plan in 2017.

    This issue has been fixed. Date-type custom fields will be passed correctly from here on out.
