Our organization has setup Salesforce integration on the form below:
Form Name - Get a Quote
This integration does not seem to work at all. No contacts created in SFDC. Please help. We are mapping with standard fields in enterprise edition.Page URL:

When I checked your integration with Salesforce on that form I found out that there is one field that is not integrated:
So please try either removing that field or integrate it properly and let us know if that helped.

Thanks for answering this. We tried removing the Address field from integration list and we could not. Every time we saved it the field reappears in non integrated state. Could you please help us removing this. We also tried saving a value against it but did not work.

I tried the integration and it's working.
Please try it with just the name and email, see if that works. Also, note that you have selected to update existing contact to Salesforce so when testing, make sure to use a unique name and email in the form.
As for the address field, I can replicate the problem but I don't think it's causing the problem. But this is clearly a glitch. I will report this to our developers in a new thread. Thank you for letting us know here.

Thanks for you reply again. As suggested, I tried with just the name and email to check and still not working. Could you please check current setup of the form and let us know how to resolve this issue ?

I checked your form, I cloned it and did a test submission and it worked fine. Also, I checked your setup and I didn't see anything wrong (except the address field not integrated again). But, again, I tried without the address field and it worked.
What you could check is if your fields on Salesforce's side are matching the type of fields in your form. Meaning if phone number is type number, text area is text etc.
I'm not sure what else could be the cause.

Hi, we have figured out the issue. It was related to field level permission not assigned to integration user. Now submissions are working fine. Thanks.
