Incomplete Values - Unable to submit the form

Can't seem to get any further than this, any ideas?

This is happening because the "Text" element is set to "Required". The solution is to un-require it.

You just need to select the field and then click the "blue down arrow" icon. After that, click on the "Required" option. Here's a screen capture:

After doing that, please test your form and verify if it is now working or not.
