I am not receiving my survey emails from my customers

Cant seem to log into the jotform website

I see that your email address is in our bounce list and so you are not receiving the emails. I have now removed the email address from the bounce list. You should be now receiving the emails normally. Also, please check the following guide that can help you with troubleshooting email delivery issues.
