I purchased a website template, and it came with a form template already. How can I use their form, but put code in it to allow it to connect to JottForm, and record all of the information?

    Regards,

    Hello,

When you purchased a from template do you mean to say this is a template outside JotForm? If so, unfortunately there is no quick way to make use of that template to use for your form here. But it is possible to manually design it via form designer on your form builder.

It would be great if you can share with us the design of the template and also the form where you want to have it.

We'll look forward to your response.

    Thanks.

We purchaed a template from TemplateMonster.com, and the Contact Us page had a form that was built in to the template. You can see it here, click on contacts:

    Our page is:

So we'd like to use their code, and tie it into JotForm.

    Hello Barry,

I see on your page that you have the form embedded now.

JotForm is customizable to fit to any design. Your limit can just be your imagination.

If you want to further design your form, you can make use of the form designer. This guide can teach you how to access it: https://www.jotform.com/help/300-Form-Designer-Tutorial-Let-s-create-fantastic-forms-

Another method to fully customize your form is by getting your form's full source code. This way you can insert codes to further design your form with ease and simply place the code on your page. This guide tells the steps how to get the code: https://www.jotform.com/help/104-How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form

If there is anything specific that you want to make happen on your form, feel free to let us know.

    Thanks.
