    Dear Jot Form,

At midnight this Sat Dec 31st, our PDI jot form application reaches it's deadline.

I would like to disable the form.

I see I can do that by selecting the MORE button, and clicking on DISABLE.

Will I loose information from submitted forms?

Will it simply turn off the form from public access?

...And I will still have access to all collected stats, info etc from that particular form?

    Thanks for your time.

    E.

    Hi,

Disabling your form, allows you to edit your form and display your old submissions. You are right, it only disables the public access and you never loose your submissions or other else by disabling it.

If you need further assistance, please let us know.

    Thank you.
