After creating my second form, what was very nice to do - I can not use the form more than one submission.
What did I do wrong? How can I correct that mistake?

I have tried submitting your JotForm and I was able to submit the form without any issue. It seems that you have already figured out the issue.
However, in case if you are referring to a different form you may disable the submission limit option by choosing Enabled for Status in the Form Settings.
