    I cannot access my forms on my iPad

    Hi, I can't login or signup on my ipad. If I press login, it does nothing. If I press sign up, it does nothing...

    Hello,

    Are you experiencing any errors when signing in on your account via iPad? So far I tried logging in to my account using iPad and I'm able to see my forms.

    You may check your internet connection on the device if there is anything that may be causing the problem from accessing your account and your forms.

    No, no errors. It just shows all of the account settings and options on the left, and nothing in the center where the body would be. I'm not using the application because I want to edit my forms, this is via safari on my iPad. My internet connection should have nothing to do with this.. I've tried with different Wifi's. I am lost.

    Thanks for your response. I find it strange that I was not able to replicate the problem on the iPad 4 that I used, as well as on using iPad Air 1 and 2, as well as iPad mini.

    Can you try clearing your Safari's browser's cache and try again? Here are the steps on how to clear your browser's cache:

    First we will go through the steps that you can follow in order to clear cache Safari on iPad through iOS Settings App.

    Step 1: Launch the settings app of your iPad through the home screen.
    Step 2: Scroll down the menu and select Safari.
    Step 3: Scroll down to the bottom of right hand panel and tap on Advanced.
    Step 4: Select website data.
    Step 5: Select Remove All Website Data option at the bottom of the screen.

    If the problem persists, it would be great if you can provide us more information about the iPad that you're using such as the version, the version of the browser installed, and other possible relevant information. It would also be great to know also by using the same ISP, you are able to access properly on your Desktop/Laptop device.
