    Please check my double subscription

    I was on a montly gold plan. I paid $99 on Dec/25th

     

    Today I was billed for my old economy plan, $199 per year and my account was downgraded.

     

    This caused me a lot of problems, since my forms stopped working.

     

    If this is not FIXED today, I will stop using jotform.

    I have checked your account and realized that you have more than one active subscription at this month.

    I have canceled your Gold Monthly subscription and refunded your 82.5 USD. You account is Economy Yearly now and Active. Your next billing date is January 31st, 2017.

    You cancelled the wrong plan.  My systems are not working because of this.

    Sorry for this inconvenience. I did not understand your issue clearly. Please cancel your Economy yearly subscription and contact us. We will refund your 99.75 USD. After that, your 82,5+ 99,75 USD will be refunded to you.

    After the cancellation for the clear start, you can upgrade your account to Gold Monthly subscription. Anymore, your system will work properly.
