I see a form filled out that is a BWS form, by an outside person/s

In our Faculty Fund form, there is a form that is filled out that was accessed by a spam type of outside advertisement.

This is quite concerning - how should this be handled?

Is the form embedded on any of your web pages? If the form is receiving any unusual submissions, you may enable the Unique submission option in the form preferences. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with more information about unique submissions.

This option restricts the users to submit the form using the same IP or browser/pc.

You may also check the IP address of the submissions received and let us know the submissions so that we can see if we can ban the IP addresses.
