    My form won't submit

Asked by YogaYoga on May 24, 2012 at 09:29 AM

I'm having trouble getting my form to submit.  I have it setup to use Salesforce intergration and to redirect to another page when it is submitted.  However when the form submits the form itself just disappears from the box it was displayed in.  I am using an Unbounce landing page.

I have made the tests with your Form ID: 21436375226149  and I could replicate the scenario either from the form embedded into your page or from the stand-alone form .

However, I made a clone of yours and tried again on the stand-alone version and it will get redirected to your page , so I would suggest you to make a clone of yours (click on New Form-Import Form-Clone an Existing Form)

Another solution would be to set up a   conditional logic (click on Setup&Embed-Conditions- Select Change Thank you URL after Submission ) and setup your URL by choosing a field, let's say "When Email field is filled, then redirect to URL"

    Hope this helps

Feel free to look for more assistance if you need it

That seemed to resolve the issue until I re-enabled the Salesforce intergartion.

Could you please re-integrate SF and then set up a conditional logic?

Let me know if you need assistance

That did not change the result.  Form still will not submit.

It seems the issue has to do with the SalesForce integration, so I am forwarding this case to 2nd level and they will investigate deeper. You should recieve an update of the status of this case on this thread

    Best regards
