How would my subscribers change/upgrade/downgrade their subscription? For example, how would a customer upgrade from a monthly subscription to an annual subscription option?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to upgrade/downgrade the subscriptions created through JotForm. It is required to manage the subscriptions from the payment gateway itself. Otherwise, they may cancel the existing subscription and then submit the form again with new subscription plan.
