Charges for this Month

I was just charged $19 for this month.  Why?  I did not request this.  I would like this to be refunded.  I only need the free package.

As per your above request, I have made a request on your behalf to have full charge reversed of the latest charge but it will first need to be reviewed by our Billing Team which may take 2-3 days, the amount will reflect in your bank statement in about 7-10 business days. The account is in Free status now.

Since this subscription is paid using your Paypal account, and in order to prevent further auto renewal charges, you have to cancel it directly from the Paypal site, please follow this guide:
