How can I have multiple payment options on my form?

I also would like to add additional payment options to my form, am I able to do that, and if so how?

Sadly, you can't have more than one (1) payment method on your form. The only way to achieve that is to actually use 2 forms. Here's a detailed guide on How-to-Create-a-Basic-Multiple-Payment-form
