V4: Apostrophe (') and quote (") that are added inside of field labels are shown encoded inside of Form Builder and on live form

This seems to only happen with the new form editor.

If I include an apostrophe, quotation mark, etc., it will show the encoded form (for instance ") instead of the regular character--IN BOTH THE PUBLIC FACING FORM AND IN THE EDITOR.

I was able to replicate mentioned issue in V4, but only for an apostrophe (') and quote ("), when I added them inside of field label or inside of field properties. Sometimes they are shown correctly inside of Form Builder and sometimes not, but on the live form they are always shown encoded.

I will escalate this issue to our developers. Once this issue is resolve we will inform you via this thread.

For now as please use V3 and edit your labels inside of Filed Properties.
