Order Form - no payment

    I am new to this and am having problems figuring things out.

    I want to create an order form for the client to complete and print and bring to an event with their payment.  I also want the form submitted so I can use the information to create a master order.

     

    I have found info on adding a print button, but am unsure how to do an order form not tied to paypal 

    Any assistance would be appreciated.

    How will your users pay you, via PayPal? 

    If so you will need to integrate your form with PayPal and your users will need to submit your form. After they submit the form they will be redirected to PayPal. Once they pay via PayPal you will receive email Notification with submitted data and you will also be able to view submitted data on submission page of your form. 

    In case that you want to have payment forms without payment vendor integration, then you can use Purchase Order app. 

    If you want to allow your users to print the form when you will need to add print button to your form. https://www.jotform.com/help/24-Print-Button-on-Forms 

    However after your user print the form with data they have entered, they will only need to submit the form. 

    You can also set Autoresponder email inside of your form. This way your users can receive data that they have submitted to their email address. You can also attache PDF report of their submission to Autoresponder email.
