I setup a guest account and received a "verify email" link. the link is invalid. I checked my email address and it is correct.
also, i created a new form and when i complete the form on my website and click submit, the form never finishes processing. it continues to show "please wait".Page URL:

I opened your form using the direct link (https://www.jotform.us/form/63648093468165). I did a test submission and it was successful. It redirected me to the Thank You page. Here's a screenshot:
Unfortunately, I'm having a trouble opening your webpage. If this issue is only happening in your webpage, then please try to re-embed the form using the iFrame method.
