My account states that we have used 10 of 10 Secure SSL Submissions. What is that? Why can I not view the submissions? I thought we had basic submissions.

I have read the other comments regarding Secure SSL submissions. I have looked and we do not and did not set up the account with an https:// . Where can we read the SSL submissions that were supposedly submitted. I went through the 85 messages we had that were non-ssl to see if maybe they were mixed within, but nothing.

You are on Free account and have quota allocation of 100 normal submissions, 10 SSL submission and 10 Payment forms whichever gets exhausted first.
I checked your account and found you have exausted your SSL form submission quota of 10 and therefore your forms will be disabled. Please upgrade your account to Premium to enjoy more quota allocation.

To change to non-SSL Submissions; You don't edit anything on the form, you need to change your embed links to use non-secure URLs
e.g http://form.jotform.com instead of https://secure.jotform.com
