To downgrade, do I cancel?

    Because my usage is very low, I want to downgrade from Bronze to Free.  The only selection I find is "cancel".  I want to be sure this is a down grade and not a discard or discontinuation of service, as the word "cancel" might suggest.  So, to be sure, when I cancel, my service will simply revert to Free, correct.  (I don't want to rebuild the form I am using.)

    Hello,

    I have cancelled the Bronze yearly subscription, effective at the end of the current billing cycle Jan 13th 2017, the account will be downgraded to Free status and you will not be billed anymore.
