PDF Customizer: easy way to move multiple fields at once

I have a very large form where I need the pdf report to be ordered quite differently to the order of questions in the form.  Customize pdf allows me to pick up individual questions but the response has to be move separately.  This makes it really easy to make a mistake, and end up with a question and answer that don't line up.  Some groups of questions-and-answers need to be moved from the beginning to the end of the pdf too.  

I wish I could just hold down ctrl when I click and so select more than one field, but this doesn't work.  Are there any tricks to make this reformatting/reordering easier?

I'm sorry, but the option to select multiple fields or rows or columns in the PDF customizer is currently not possible. You have to do it individually. 

Let me forward this thread to our developers as a feature request. Please note that we cannot give you a timeframe for this, but if there are updates, you should know it through this thread.
